Our mission is to create an inclusive workforce that reduces employment barriers for justice-impacted individuals, veterans, BIPOC, women, and youth. We connect people to training, industry credentials, and on-site experience that lead to real careers. Renewable energy and entrepreneurship are a core part of that work, but our programs reach across the wider workforce system. Every program is built to open opportunity, strengthen communities, and help people earn long-term stability.
