Business Inclusion Diversity (BID) Training

Our BID entrepreneurship development training exists to spark economic development by starting new businesses, creating jobs, and contributing to improvement in various key goals such as standard of living, skills development and community development.

Cutting Edge Basic Re-Entry Academic (CEBRA) Training Program

This 40-hour comprehensive training workshop teaches participants how solar photovoltaic (PV) systems work, are designed, prediction of system output, & how systems are installed.

Our compressed & accelerated course of instruction, “Installing & Designing PV Systems”, equips FLIPP Inc with the ability to train, certify eligibility & prepare our participants to sit for the NABCEP PV Associate exam to demonstrate proficiency or maintain proficiency in the renewable energy industry.

We're Making Progress

FLIPP Inc is proud to announce we completed the renovation of our existing commercial property acquired in 2017, started our Photovoltaic Installation Training Classes in 2019 using our existing commercial space and in March 2022 we finished the  construction of our new structure which is the new venue that host the BID & CEBRA training classes at our Dillwyn, VA location. We are currently mobile with both trainings and now have begun to instruct in our 510 S Sycamore St, Petersburg, VA 23803 building location as well and will soon offer online trainings for both programs beginning first quarter 2024.
