This training has three parts:
- October 20-21: BPI Building Science Principles (BSP) Training
- October 22-23: OSHA10 and NFPA70e Certifications
- October 26-30: NABCEP PV (Solar) Associate Exam

Our mission is to create an inclusive workforce that reduces employment barriers for justice-impacted individuals, veterans, BIPOC, women, and youth. We connect people to training, industry credentials, and on-site experience that lead to real careers. Renewable energy and entrepreneurship are a core part of that work, but our programs reach across the wider workforce system. Every program is built to open opportunity, strengthen communities, and help people earn long-term stability.

CREED-RVA Core +NABCEP PV Associate Training
CREED-RVA (Climate Resilient Energy Education for the Disadvantaged – Richmond, VA) will offer a two-week intensive training program for renewable energy certifications in the city of Richmond..
FACER Project
The project focuses on unemployed and underemployed residents Central Virginia including: Albemarle County, Amherst County, Appomattox County, Bedford County, Buckingham County, Campbell County, Charlotte County, Cumberland County, Fluvanna County, Lunenburg County, Nottoway County, Prince Edward County and the Cities of Charlottesville and Lynchburg.
